Integrations
Works with the tools your firm already uses.
We don't ask you to switch software. We wire your AI email automation into the platforms your team runs every day — Gmail, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Calendly, and more. Every integration below is available on request; tell us what you use and we build the connection in Week 2.

How it works with your stack
We don't ship generic connectors. Every integration is built for your specific workflow during Week 2 of your engagement.
Tell us what you use.
During Week 1, we map your tools — which inbox, which CRM, which file system. Most firms use 3–5 platforms. We note every handoff point where email crosses a system boundary.
We wire the connections.
Week 2, we build the integration alongside your core email automation. You're not charged extra per connector — it's included in your monthly fee.
You test before it goes live.
Every integration runs in draft-approval mode for the first week. You see exactly what the AI would send or log before anything is committed. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Don't see your tool on the list?
The 10 platforms above cover the majority of Georgia SMBs we work with, but if your firm runs on something else — Clio, Salesforce, Xero, Practice Management software, a custom portal — tell us on your discovery call. If it has an API, we can connect it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you honestly.
Every integration is read-only by default.
We request the minimum permissions required for each tool. For Gmail and Outlook, we read + draft — we never send without your approval during the first 30 days. For CRMs and accounting tools, we write only to fields you specify during Week 1. You can revoke any integration at any time.
