We work in person across metro Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs, roughly a 60-mile radius that includes Marietta, Roswell, Woodstock, Alpharetta, Kennesaw, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Johns Creek, Duluth, and Lawrenceville. In-person setup is the point: we come to your office, watch how the work actually flows, and set everything up on site.
What kind of businesses do you consult for?
Small businesses of any kind. Most of our work is with professional service firms, CPAs and accountants, insurance agencies, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate and mortgage offices, and the trades, but the pattern transfers to any business that loses hours to routine email, scheduling, and follow-up.
What does an AI consulting engagement look like?
A 15-minute call first, then an in-person visit. We find the highest-volume routine workflow, usually answering new leads, set up our AI employee Paige on the tools you already use, and run it in draft-and-approve mode so a person on your team signs off on every message before it sends. Setup takes about two to three weeks, then a flat monthly fee, month to month.
