Charlie talks. Edward builds. We come install it ourselves.

We built W&S in Atlanta because every firm owner had the same problem: the email, the follow-ups, the invoices piled up faster than a small team could clear them, and the important things waited.

Charlie handles the conversations. Edward writes the code and builds the AI employee that handles the routine work. We start with whatever is costing you the most time, then expand from there.

One commitment sits above the rest: Paige cannot send anything without a person on your team approving it first. We built that rule into the database itself, underneath the software, where a bug cannot break it and nobody can quietly turn it off. The rest of how we handle your data is written out, in plain English, on our security page.

Pricing is simple: setup from $3,000 for the in-person configuration, then a management retainer from $300 a month. AI drafting runs through a disclosed provider we name in your engagement, and we show you exactly where your data flows before you sign. We come to you, configure Paige around your firm, and stay on as the team that manages her. You cancel any month you want, and you keep every credential and the runbook.

How it goes

Four things, in order.

  1. 01

    We drive to you.

Two hours at your desk. We watch how the work moves and map where your client data goes today. No surveys.

  2. 02

We build it for your shop.

Paige learns your tone from your actual emails. She sounds like you because she learned from you.

  3. 03

We configure it for your office.

AI drafting runs through a disclosed provider we name in your engagement, and we show you exactly where your data flows before you sign. A person on your team approves every send.

  4. 04

    We manage it monthly.

Month to month. We see system health, never your content. You text us when something breaks, and you cancel any month you want. The runbook stays yours.
