Every workload passes our quality gate before it goes live, and we turn workloads on one at a time, starting with the back-office work AI handles best.

What if Paige sends a wrong or embarrassing email?

She can't send anything on her own. A person on your team approves every outbound action before it goes out, and that is enforced by the system, not by a policy document. You see the draft, you edit or approve it, and only then does it send. Nothing sends without a trace.

Question 4

Is my data used to train an AI model?

Accepted Answer

No. Our disclosed provider runs under zero-retention terms and does not train on your content. Consumer AI tools may use what your team types to train their models; that is exactly what we are built to avoid.

Can W&S see our email?

Accepted Answer

No. The only thing that reaches us is management telemetry: system health, software versions, queue depth. Never content. We document exactly where your data flows in a written runbook, and that runbook shows your IT person how to verify it any time.

Who owns the credentials and the configuration?

You do, from day one. Every credential is yours. We hold management access for the monthly retainer, and you can revoke it whenever you want.

Our support promise is specific: 24 hour response, next business day resolution target, remote-first diagnostics. Most issues are resolved remotely through the management plane, which sees telemetry, not content, and we are local, so we drive to you if something needs hands-on attention.

As AI keeps getting better, does this get stronger, or does it make you obsolete?

It gets stronger. As a better model ships, the retainer swaps it in and the same worker gets sharper without you re-buying anything. The model is the part that keeps getting cheaper and more interchangeable. What you are actually paying for is the part that does not: the context tuned to how your firm works, the approval gate that keeps a person on every send, and someone local accountable for keeping it running. Better models make the drafts better. They do not replace the judgment, the tuning, or the relationship, so those compound instead of commoditizing.

Is this HIPAA- or SOC 2-compliant?

We don't make compliance claims we haven't earned, and we won't tell you a regulator requires any of this, because none does. What you're buying is disclosure and auditability: we name the provider we use, and the audit runbook documents what is logged and where, who has access, patch cadence, encryption, and the incident process. If you're in healthcare or another regulated field, talk to us first and we'll walk through your specific requirements.

Can this integrate with my existing CRM or practice management software?

Do I need any technical expertise to run this?
