Who we are

W&S Consulting LLC is an AI implementation firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We configure private AI automation systems for small businesses such as CPAs, mortgage brokers, and contractors. AI drafting runs on Claude through OpenRouter, a disclosed subprocessor named in each client engagement. Our website is wandsconsulting.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:

• Email: if you write to [email protected], we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on a potential engagement.
• Booking requests: if you schedule a call through Cal.com, that third-party platform collects your name, email, and preferred time, and its own privacy policy applies to that data. We receive the booking details so we can show up to the call.
• Aggregate page-view data: the site runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is injected by Cloudflare, sets no cookies, and reports aggregate page-view data such as pages visited, referrer, and browser type. It runs whether or not you accept cookies because it does not use them. We use it to understand which pages are read.

The site has no contact form. We do not run advertising trackers or advertising pixels. The optional third-party scripts are described under Cookies below.

Client data: disclosed data flow

When W&S configures an AI system for a client, AI drafting runs on Anthropic's Claude models, reached through OpenRouter, an API gateway named in that client's engagement as a subprocessor. We map and document the exact data path before the client signs. We never train models on client data. Paige keeps client data in an encrypted, per-client database, separated per client at the application layer, retained for the engagement and deleted on request. On-premise inference is on our roadmap; where it is available for a specific engagement, that path is documented in the engagement paperwork. W&S personnel access client systems only for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, through a scoped and logged remote connection, with explicit permission each time.

How we use your information

• To respond to sales inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• To send a follow-up email after an initial contact, once, not a drip.
• To notify you of material changes to our services if you are a client.
• To improve our website using aggregate page-view data.

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose unrelated to the engagement you initiated.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, ever. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (Cal.com for booking, our email host), and only to the extent necessary. We will disclose information if required by law, but we will notify you first if legally permitted to do so.

Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named ws_consent (value accepted or declined), which lasts one year. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and do not show the banner.

If you accept, two Google scripts load. Google Analytics measures visits and sets its own first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years). Google's publisher script supports the Google Preferred Sources badge on our blog posts. Google's own privacy policy applies to both. If you decline, neither loads, and the badge still works as an ordinary link. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and is not gated by this choice. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

Email inquiries are kept until the inquiry is resolved, or for up to 24 months if a client relationship develops. Aggregate page-view data is retained by Cloudflare under its own terms. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us, and we will respond within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
