FAQ
Honest answers to real questions.
These are the objections business owners raise before putting a private AI employee to work. We would rather answer them here than let them stop you from booking a call.
Where does Paige actually run?
AI drafting runs through a disclosed provider we name in your engagement. Built so inference can move on-premise, we will tell you exactly where your deployment runs today, before you sign anything.
What AI model does it use?
A disclosed provider, named in your engagement, picked for the work your firm actually needs. As better models ship, the monthly retainer covers upgrading yours. Every workload passes our quality gate before it goes live.
What if Paige sends a wrong or embarrassing email?
She cannot send anything on her own. A person on your team approves every outbound action before it goes out, enforced by the system, not a policy document. You see the draft, you edit or approve it, and only then does it send.
Is my data used to train an AI model?
No. Content goes to our disclosed provider only to complete the task, and it is not used to train models. Consumer AI tools may use what your team types to train their models; that is exactly what we are built to avoid.
Can W&S see our email?
Paige works with your email inside an encrypted database separated per client, retained for the engagement and deleted on request. Our remote sessions update configuration, not inbox contents, and routine monitoring covers system health, software versions, and queue depth. We document exactly where your data flows in a written runbook.
Who owns the credentials and the configuration?
You do, from day one. Every credential is yours. We hold management access for the monthly retainer, and you can revoke it whenever you want.
What happens if I cancel, or if W&S goes out of business?
You keep the audit runbook. We remove our own management access and nothing else changes. The runbook documents how everything works in plain language for whoever maintains it next.
What happens if it breaks?
Our support promise is specific: 24 hour response, next business day resolution target, remote-first diagnostics. We are local, so we drive to you if something needs hands-on attention.
How long does setup take?
Setup happens in one in-person visit: tools connected, team trained, audit runbook handed over. Workloads then go live one at a time, each passing our quality gate first.
What does it cost?
Three numbers, all published. An optional data residency assessment runs $1,500 fixed. Setup starts at $3,000. The management retainer starts at $300 per month. Cancel anytime and keep the runbook. Full breakdown on our pricing page.
How is this different from Microsoft Copilot?
Copilot assists a person while they type; Paige is a worker that does the task itself. With us you are buying implementation and accountability, not a software license, and we disclose exactly where your data flows in writing before you sign.
Is this HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant?
We do not make compliance claims we have not earned. What you are buying is disclosure and auditability: we name the provider we use, and the audit runbook documents what is logged and where, who has access, patch cadence, encryption, and the incident process. If you are in healthcare or another regulated field, talk to us first and we will walk through your specific requirements.
Can this integrate with my existing CRM or practice management software?
It depends which one. We scope every integration during the setup conversation, before you sign. If we cannot build it cleanly, we tell you up front.
Do I need any technical expertise to run this?
None. We set it up in person, with your team in the room, and train you on the approval queue before we leave. We are in Atlanta and we drive to you.
