Small businesses of any kind. Most of our work is with professional service firms, CPAs and accountants, insurance agencies, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate and mortgage offices, and the trades, but the pattern transfers to any business that loses hours to routine email, scheduling, and follow-up.
What does an AI consulting engagement look like?
A 15-minute call first, then an in-person visit. We find the highest-volume routine workflow, usually answering new leads, configure Paige around your firm, connect her to your tools, and run her in draft-and-approve mode so a person on your team signs off on every message before it sends.
